Sometimes, you just don't need a big birthday cake. . . I get that! I made this cute little 4 inch round chocolate cake for a friend. It is just perfect for a small birthday party for two... or even one! This particular mini cake is a mocha cake with dark chocolate buttercream icing and chocolate ganache drizzled over the top. It is a chocolate lover's dream. Yum!!
