Shark Cake

This was a fun cake.  The customer just asked for a shark cake, so I thought it would be fun to make it look like the shark was taking a bite out of the cake.  These are almond sour cream cakes with vanilla buttercream and vanilla pastry cream filling.  All of the decorations are hand made with fondant.   Just a fun, quick cake for us.  Thanks for the order Phil!

Garden Birthday Cake

This is a spring time themed cake that I did for a little girl named Sofia.  The picture doesn't show it very well, but the figure is complete with a leopard print skirt!  All of the decorations are hand made with fondant, including the eyeglasses.

There is a matching set of cupcakes for the party.  All of the cakes are vanilla with vanilla buttercream and strawberry filling.  Happy Birthday Sofia!
